Xman is a seasoned imvestment banker and has taken many companies public and closed over $5B in transactions. He worked for an international media company as a business analyst in Beijing in 1990s, where he gained intimate China business experience & developed global insights. At the same time, he consulted with Fams, one of the largest marketing research companies in China. His client experience includes Fortune 500 companies like Motorola, Siemens, P&G and etc. He worked for HLB international, 11th largest accounting advisory firm, as a financial consultant on IPO, M&A and foreign investment in China from 1997-1999. He co-founded Harmony Investment International in Beijing in 1999, which closed several RTO & IPO deals and consults with Netherlands government on investment in China till now.
In 2003, he founded KingdomNova to scale up and globalize technology companies. Prior to that, he worked for a US telecom company and Prudential Financials. He consulted with Millennium Hanson Capital and Millennium Capital that orchestrated China.com‘s IPO. He also serves as Chairman of China Private Equity Group. He is also an angel investor and venture  philanthropist. He created Manna Foundation to bring more heaven on this earth.  He attended MBA program in Peking University and gave lectures to Qinghua  University EMBA students. He received a Master degree in Communication Management from University of Southern California and studied and graduated from PE & VC executive program in Harvard Business School. He also received a PhD degree in theology from Southwestern University.

Harold Stadler, Executive Director of KingdomNova
At KingdomNova, Mr. Stadler is the senior operating manager responsible for managing the merchant banking operations of the firm.  This includes asset management – the management of KingdomNova’s own capital and the supervision of offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Tokyo and London.  KingdomNova focuses on investing and advising companies with high-growth prospects in the U.S., Asia and Europe. KingdomNova’s goal is to substantially increase its assets under management and allow its portfolio of companies to get listed in the securities market.  Mr. Stadler is also past founder of Prudential  Realty Funding Corp., and  responsible for the management, operations, and oversight, including origination, management, structuring, and funding of the product. Mr. Stadler also ran a captive private equity fund for Wells Fargo & Co., where he was responsible for executing and structuring real estate and corporate acquisitions for Wells Fargo Capital Markets, Inc.  Mr. Stadler spent most of his career in investment and corporate banking.  At Wells Fargo he was a Senior Vice President in charge of the Investment Banking function in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Stadler also was a senior manager at two (Roth Capital and Geneva Financial) investment banking firms in Orange County, California where he executed public as well as private corporate finance transactions.  Additionally, Mr. Stadler worked several years at Citicorp Securities executing larger transactions on the West Coast.  
Prior to entering the business world, Mr. Stadler attended Fordham University, New York, N.Y., where he received a degree in finance and Claremont Graduate University, Claremont, California, where he received his masters in management.

Dr. William Kirschenbaum, Chairman of KingdomNova
Dr. William Kirschenbaum started with the international consulting firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton and ran the Eastern Region and Europe in the areas of External Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Valuations. He consulted for companies such as Quaker State Oil, Sears, British American Tobacco, and Royal Dutch Shell and a number of American and European real estate firms. He headed the Investment Banking Department of a Wall Street firm where he performed all types of corporate finance activities for many American and foreign companies. Dr. KIRSCHENBAUM served as President of a public company, whose stock was listed on the Exchange. In two and a half years, it accumulated 700,000 square meters of high quality real estate for a cost that was approximately $170,000,000 less than the appraised valuation. He founded and served as Chairman of a financial service company with banks, mortgage companies, bond firms, mortgage servicing brokerage firms, and other related activities. This company that began with nine people was also taken public. It ultimately had offices in 38 cities with a credit line $350,000, 000.
Dr. Kirschenbaum created four joint ventures in various Chinese provinces. He is board director of C.Net Software Company in Chengdu. He has awards from the Government and Liaoning Province. He is chief economic advisor in Kaifen and he was one of three foreign economic advisors to Shenyang which is the fourth largest Chinese city and its largest heavy industry center.
Dr. Kirschenbaum has written and spoken extensively in China, the U.S., Switzerland and England on all types of business and economic subjects, such as valuations and marketing of companies' assets and loans, and financial institutions'; and is an economic commentator for China Central Television (CCTV) International and Domestic on economics, finance and financial institutions. He was former Board Member of Associated Builders and Owners of New York (real estate umbrella organization). He is listed in Who's Who in America, and in Who's Who in Finance and Industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the City University of New York.

Jonathan Mork, Advisor
Jonathan Mork is the founder and strategy director Millennium Capital Partners as well as the Co-Chairman of the Investment Committee for Millennium Hanson, the firm’s direct investment affiliate.  Jonathan’s experience includes being the lead Wall Street strategy advisor to China Internet since 1995, culminating with the company's subsidiary NASDAQ spin-off IPO of Chinadotcom in 1999. Jonathan’s experience includes assisting companies with financings, reorganizations, restructurings, and strategic transactions. He currently serves on the boards of Roth Capital Partners, a leading small-cap investment banking firm, as well as Millennium Hanson, a merchant banking joint venture with Hanson Capital of London. Dr. Yi Zheng, Managing Director, Dr. Zheng is the founder of LSG Group, a San Francisco-based consulting company for international investors seeking investment opportunities in China. Previously, Dr. Zheng was an associate in the Newbridge Capital Group, the Asia investment arm of the Texas Pacific Group and Blum Capital Partners. In 2002, Dr. Zheng's work in the acquisition of the Shenzhen Development Bank on behalf of the Newbridge Capital Group was named by Finance Asia as the Best Private Equity Investments of the year. Alan has over 15 years management, engineering and marketing experience in both US and mainland China, for start-up and early-stage companies. Mr. Zeng has served as engineering manager and principal engineer for Omnilux (an Idea Lab! company) and Spirent Communications in recent years. He also worked as project manager and lead engineer for Zuma Networks and MRV Communications (NASDAQ: MRVC) for over five years.

Jennifer H. Sit,  Managing Partner
Ms Sit has extensive experiences in private banking, investment banking and private equity. She held senior management positions at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.,  Beijing Capital Group and served as special contract consultant for some of biggest state owned enterprises in China.  She also led a few large-sized cross border M&A transactions for Chinese, American and European private enterprises.   She was the co-founder of a global eCommerce venture in the US and an internet content-providing venture in China, both went thru successful strategic-sell within the industry.  She is a licensed private equity fund manager in China.  Ms Sit holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and Finance from University of Massachusetts.

Sue Xu, a Chinese-American citizen, serves as the Chairman of Citigroup in the United States; she is also a representative of the core partners of the United States. Sue is a serial successful entrepreneur who has established two biotech labs in the U.S. and several biotech companies with hundreds of thousands of employees. Her labs have developed many products that have changed the world and promoted human health. She has also established close personal relationships with political dignitaries from many countries, including the U.S., Mexico, and Fiji. Due to her outstanding business achievements and contributions to the community, she has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree from Columbia University. In 2023, she received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from U.S. President Biden. Dr.Dr Zhou previously served as a Financial Economist in the Federal Reserve Board in Washington D.C. and a Commissioner of Strategy & Development Committee, China Securities Regulatory Commission.
